C1. Proiectarea si optimizarea dimensionala a structurilor pe baza unor metode moderne şi a unor programe de calcul performante.
C2. Abilitati de analiza prin calcul si cu tehnici experimentale a starii de tensiune si de deformatie in structuri mecanice solicitate static si/sau dinamic, in vederea evaluarii integritatii structurale si fiabilitatii, sub aspectul determinarii capacitatii portante si a duratei de viata.
C3. Abilitati cognitive privind analiza raspunsului dinamic al masinilor cu rotor în vederea identificării si monitorizarii unor tipuri de defecte prin vibrodiagnoza.
C4. Analiza prin calcul si cu tehnici experimentale a structurilor fabricate din materiale din generaţia nouă (compozite, ceramice, plastice), sub aspectul durabilitatii, integritatii si fiabilitatii structurale, precum si a comportamentului mecanic al unor tipuri de materiale adezive si de interfata.
C5. Insusirea normelor si a procedeelor pentru asigurarea calitatii si a integritatii structurilor mecanice.

C2. Abilities of numerical and experimental analyses of the stress and strain states in mechanical structures statically and/or dynamically loaded, in order to evaluate the structural integrity and reliability for obtaining the carrying capacity and lifetime.
C3. Cognitive abilities regarding the dynamic response of the rotors in order to identify and monitorize certain defects using vibrodiagnosis.
C4. Numerical and experimental analyses of structures made of new materials (composites, ceramics, plastics) for durability, structural integrity, reliability and mechanical response of adhesive and interface materials.
